  I had an furnace/humidifier issue that required the installation of a condenser pump. The installation ran into some challenges due to the nature of the factory operation of my Trane furnace. The issues were solved but with additional invoiced cost than the original oral bid. I requested a review of the additional cost and the management agreed to issue the credit that I suggested for some of the additional cost invoiced. I appreciated their integrity and would highly recommend this company for any repair work. I have continued, for a second term, my two year maintenance contract and am confident that I am in "good hands"!
