  The customer service at this office is beyond excellent. I would advise anyone requesting a quote ask for Sonya!! She will do everything she can to get you the best quote possible and save you money. Sonya thank you for always going through everything in detail with me and letting me know exactly what it is that I am getting, you are the best. I have insured four cars with Allstate. Awesome service!!!!!

  The service I received from this agency is outstanding, I been with Allstate for many years and my previous agent never review my policies or even took the time to sit down with me and go over my coverage's! I one day decided to go to Jim Felts Agency and immediately I felt like I was in good hands there they have been nothing but helpful, kind and patient I defiantly recommend this agency to anyone in the Rockford area.
