  This place could always be better but they are heading in the same direction as SEARS. You notice that there are more and more appliances being brought in and the computer sections are getting smaller and smaller.
  
  They don't even have the graphics cards available on display anymore. A lot of the gaming equipment selection has shrunk more and more. The only thing good about this store are the discounts,refunds,exchanges and price comparisons.
  
  I wouldn't blame them due to Rockford being the way it is but they hire the wrong employees for these jobs with little to no experience and absolutely no passion.
