  We made a reservation by phone and when we got there, no available car. They told us we need to wait and we did. For 2.5hr. The car never arrive. This is sad when a business keep booking reservation and car are not available. This is like they need to capture as much people as possible cause they know we will wait cause we are in need. People's time is waste. Be careful when booking by the phone.
