  Avoid these guys like the plague!
  
  Told me nobody had to be home when they came out to clean my sewer cleanout, and quoted me a price. Ended up needing someone there to plug their machine in, and charged me for the time it took me to get home from work to give them an outlet. Not only did I have to take time off of work unexpectedly, I also had to pay them for poor planning on their part. The plumbers were inexperienced and got their auger stuck in the cleanout and they tried to charge me for that as well! The office staff was nice enough to not charge me for the time they stayed at my house attempting to remove a stuck auger, but I will never use them again!
  
  I've had that sewer cleanout augered once every other year since I moved in and never had a single problem until Frinks showed up.
  
  Avoid a nightmare, avoid Frinks!
