  I live at the Meadows location but I know the different properties are run by the same people. I needed to find a place to stay quickly as my company had relocated me at a short notice. The people at Hampton Properties were/are very professional, accommodating and very inviting. addressed all my needs, wants, and short time frame in which i needed it! Thank you to everyone involved. The area is beautiful, the apartment is exactly what I was looking for. I would recommended to any and all!!

  We recently moved into a unit at Hampton Crossing. We were impressed with Kati and the friendly staff at the office. The unit had fresh paint, new microwave, new light fixtures, and they pressure washed the deck before we moved in. This place is amazing and quiet. We love being here. We are able to use the amenities at either of two locations which is a nice perk. It is nice to be able to contact the office if you need something and they genuinely care.

  Everyone at Hampton was super accommodating and helpful from the beginning. They were eager to get us a home as soon as possible and made sure all our needs were met upon move in. Would recommend to anyone!
