  Pizza Hut had been a staple throughout my childhood (to be fair, I grew up in PA, and this Rockford location is not my childhood store, but it has been my store for the past few years). Pizza Hut used to really set the standard for chain restaurant pizza. Here is a photo of my "Pepperoni Lover's" pizza with jalapeno. As you can see, there are few pepperoni, it is LESS than a regular pizza with a normal amount pepperoni. I figured oh well, I know it will at least taste good. It wasn't real good. Too much cheese, hardly any of the delicious classic sauce, and soggy crust. What happened to you, Pizza Hut? I maintained faith in you all this time even as the competitors upped their game. You guys had some good new ideas only a few years ago, all the specialty pizzas with the sauces and special crusts (pretzel crust was amazing)...but that's all gone. You used to be THE chain pizza place. Your standards have fallen and that's why the former amateurs of pizza known as Dominos now rule chain pizza. You have fallen from grace, disgracefully.
  
  Post script edit: For some reason my photo isn't pairing with my review. If you go to the photos and find the pizza with like 12 pepperonis and 8 pieces of jalapeno, that's mine...that's what passes for a Pepperoni Lover's around here.

  It's the usual Pizza chain. Pizza was good, staff aren't very helpful and they said they had no ketchup after I ordered and paid for fries for my six year old ( even though the menu said it was fries and ketchup) as a statement not even an apology. We had to take the fries home for her to have it with ketchup.
