  If I could leave no star, I would because this place and owner, Jeffrey Primm, don't even deserve it. I have never been met by someone so deceiving and such a good con artist. At first, he wines and dines you by seeming to be so professional and kind. Later on, you realize all he is after is your money $$$ and his customer service is nowhere to be found and he starts treating you like s&*t. BEWARE!!! I have heard many of the same type of stories from friends like mine when dealing with this facility and owner. Its a joke, his gym is a joke, and he's a has-been who is still living in his 15 seconds of fame.

  I want to share my thoughts about Primm & Proper Gym. A friend of mine came to me and said, I know a guy you should met. Three years later I met him. He would change my life forever. I weighted 320lbs when I came to his gym. 2yrs later I went from 320 to 243. And I have keep the weight off. The support system has been Outstanding. Jeff, has open my mind about the way I eat and when I eat. However its more then that, Once I walk into the gym and saw that he has lived this life of fitness. Over 30yrs of providing life giving tips about health and fitness. Jeff is success oriented when it comes weight loss. Because of that mind set he has, I have been able to find the success in losing weight that I have been looking for the Last Ten yrs of My life.. Primm, Without your Help and Support, I would still be Dreaming & Wishing. Much Love 2 you & your Family. Ali Graves..
