  After buying a lawn mower from SEARS, everybody including a man who worked for SEARS for 30 years, said you should have talked to me and never bought from SEARS. I didn't know any better.
  
  So I bought a lawn mower and paid to have it delivered. It was delivered four days later and the mulching blades, which we paid extra were not put on. Though the salesman said they do put them on, the SEARS factory said they do not. So they leave the lawn mower and guess what it does not work. To make a long and G-rated story, we fussed and got them to deliver a new mower, which still did not have the mulching blades on them. Not to mention, the cart we ordered along with the mower had a flat tire by the end of the first day. So we fussed again and received $100 off the price. So then the manager sent out a service man to fix the flat tire and put the mulching blades on. So I thought I am finally happy, when I noticed that the service man did not give me back the original blades. When I ask for them, he says he threw them in the garbage. The garbage must have been in the back of the van, because that is where he handed to me from. He then says "Those are mulching blades, so now you have two sets."
  So the questions become: Why was I sold mulching blades if the lawn mower already had mulching blades on them? Why did two delivery men from the SEARS warehouse tell me that the lawn mower did not have mulching blades on them?
  
  SEARS if you keep this up you might suffer Circuit City's fate.

  I've gone to multiple optometrists over the years and haven't found anyone like the doctors at Sears (surprisingly enough). They've always worked with my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. They've gone the extra mile to get me discounts on services/products alongside my insurance. Every time, I will choose to go here over any of the fancy places.
