  State Farm is State Farm. Excellent service in Florida and Illinois, but Brian Hand as our agent is terrible and not what you expect of an agent. Every time I call I have to give my wife's name for them to be able to look up our policy. I do not expect them to know my child's name and age and all my other information, like State Farm commercial claim. Brian hand should be able to look up my name without me giving my wife's name. They sure take the check with my name on it and send me printed cards with my name on it. This is why I am taking my car and now, house to another State farm agent.
