Told us that they would be 6-8 weeks out with the fence. They showed up with no warning 3 weeks later to put the poles in. They said they would let us know when they were going to cash the $1,300 deposit check and of course they didn't. Then we got a hot mess of gates-all uneven and just looked terrible. The entire back section of the fence was not level whatsoever. The left side is at least a foot higher than the right and looked like hell. The guy told me that we would have to fix it ourselves because the ground was uneven. Hello? You can't tell me that is the first time you have run into this problem. You can't tell me that all of the yards they do are 100% perfectly level. What a sad excuse. They ended up fixing the back (cutting down the top of the poles to make it level) after I bitched about it. The owner came out and replaced the gates and they look much better now. One of the dudes working on the fence threw cigarette butts in my yard! Overall, a little disappointed that I had to do so much complaining to get it to look halfway decent, but at least they fixed it in the end.
