  Horrible service. Whole reason I came was to get blonde silver hair and left with dark roots and dark grey hair. My stylist Kayla was so sweet and helpful until a women “teacher” named Erica came along and kept yanking and pulling my hair till I could no longer handle it and started crying. But yet she still didn’t care even after I made it clear she was pulling so hard. All they kept saying was I had to come back in to get lighter when I’ve already have 4 times. Disappointing. And during the time I was getting my hair washed all Erica would say was “it’s not gonna look like you wanted.” I should’ve read reviews before coming because several other people stated that this “teacher” was doing the same to them. Was not worth $100. I’ll take my business elsewhere where people actually care about their customers. Happy I realized this before I started cosmetology school here.
