  Let me start by saying everything sold here has a 110% mark up right off the bat. Oils,filters and fluids cost roughly 2.5 times what you would pay at the parts store. They don't check differentials or transfer cases. If you want conventional oil they will tell you to somewhere else...unless you agree to a $40 engine cleaner in addition to the $40 oil change. Because if not you are running down their ticket avaerage. (You had better watch them because this is the part where they fill empty engine flush containers with transmission fluid and run it in your motor for ten minutes...ruining god knows what.They'll up sell you on expensive oil and then put in the cheapest stuff they have in stock. Definitely not meeting the proper oil specs for your vehicle. GM vehicles 2011 and newer require dexos approved oil but if you ask to see the bottle it doesn't meet the specs. They will then proceed to tell you how it is the correct oil but Mobil won't pay to have it put on their bottles because it's too expensive. They take on mechanical repairs even though they are not certified in anything. They don't have anyone there who is certified to do a/c service but they do it anyway (even though it's illegal and a health hazard/danger to the environment). Please whatever you do don't tell them you "just want a oil change"! The short bald guy will tell you he doesn't feel comfortable doing your oil change unless you run a cleaner(aka trans fluid) and will tell you to take it somewhere else. They don't do tire rotations properly or reset your tire sensors like they are supposed to. If you need something as simple as a tire check they will give you a tire gauge that says auto zone and tell you " the Mobil station right here has free air" all while smiling although it's supposed to be a free service that they provide. They have excuses for everything....it's raining so we don't vacuum cars....sorry there was stuff on the floor so I couldn't clean it. One of their favorites is "you need a special tool to reset your oil light" which is very seldom the case. They prey on elderly and young uninformed (often female) people who don't know any better. The lobby is far from sound proof so you can hear every derogatory comment said about you and other customers (including racist and sexist comments). In all fairness these guys don't get lunch breaks so they are cranky all day. All in all 1star review is being nice considering the fact they are endangering you, your children and the public along with much reckless disregard for your vehicle. It's pretty bad when the manager of over 20 years flat out tells you and I quote " I'm no mechanic I just sell stuff". The service at Wal Mart isn't any better but it's about a quarter on the price. If you don't want to get robbed go elsewhere. If you don't like being lied to go elsewhere.
  If you care about your financial investment in the long run please go elsewhere.
  If you don't like being talked down to go elsewhere.
