  Staff is very friendly. Remembers me and my family by name every time we stop in for a cut. We check in online so there's no wait when we get there. Quick and easy!

  Terrible! My hair was cut at different lengths. Almost scalped at the upper right head area. I couldn't see very well how the back was. He kept on trimming and couldn't get it right. Had to call Willie, she said she was the Asst. Manager. She tried to play it off. I said No! Look how he cut down, my pink scalp was showing. Then she agreed! She worked on my hair cutting it almost the same size throughout my head. What could she do? I Didn't pay for the haircut. She said the hair would just have to grow out. Really? I could return 3 times to have it fixed. Hello! Gave me a ticket signed Willie for my next free haircut. Yea Right! Probably won't need one for another 6 or more months. That's how short my hair is & I have 3 trims to continue to fix it. Don't get the guy with the red curly hair & beard, too bad I didn't get his name. Beware!
