  We are repeat customers. At first, I was clueless about model airplanes but my son was determined to invest in one. We set our sights on the most interesting looking one within a reasonable price range. The owner pulled me aside and asked what my son’s skill level was. He directed us to a more reasonable and manageable model for a 10 year old. I am sure there are better prices online, but there is absolutely no replacement for knowledge and customer service provided by the staff. It’s probably one of the last retail establishments that takes a vested interest in their products and customers.

  Highly knowledgeable staff with passion for what they are selling. I was impressed by them not just going for up sells, but listening to what I want and matching me with what would fit me. Then they train you on what you buy before you leave. Great store with even greater staff.
