  This place is needing a jolt of reality. When people come in to rent a tux or suit there's a chance they might buy a suit or open a card. Without good customer service they won't. We went in looking to rent one tux. I made an appointment ahead of time but that was a waste of time. We weren't greeted at the door and even made eye contact with each person in the store. No one smiled or asked if they could help. One older gentleman passed us on to a younger lady who seemed to be so shy and out of her element that she barely talked to us. No options or ideas just trying to get everything done quickly. My guy was measured so quickly and the tape was crooked. I checked the measurements she wrote down and they were wrong. His tux would have come in with the wrong sizes. We were rushed out. By the time we got to the parking lot I was so frustrated I called the corporate customed service line and filled a formal complaint. Let me tell you the phone customer service reps are amazing! They handled our situation beautifully. I will not ever shop with Men's Warehouse again. Too bad too, some new suits might have been bought from them down the road.
