  Not professional behavior at all. They called and said a nebulizer was ready to be picked up. My husband picked it up. They then called asking when we would pick it up. I told them my husband already did. On the phone she said, weird it doesn’t show that he did. I said oh well he did! Now a year later our nebulizer isn’t working and they refuse to help at all because they claim we didn’t pick up our nebulizer from them! Even though that’s the only place our doctor sent the prescription too.
  
  These people need to get their inventory straight. Very disappointed in this company.
