  This seller makes poor product, I purchased something in March of this year and as of June 3rd, 2105 the unit still does not work. After 43 telephone calls, 18 emails describing what needed to be done. Getting assurances that the part can and will be made. I can not get the part to work and fit the application that I purchased it for. In addition, I have purchased this through ebay and he has gotten 2 or 3 additional, negative feed backs since I purchased this unit. As the owner Doug has no desire to make a product that works as described in the application design. .
  I have tried to get hold of him, keep a log of the UN-returned telephone calls that is available to anyone.
  I really wanted this unit to work, wanted to buy for a local place, but it is not working out. so buying local , as least form this place is not a good thing.
  In addition, it was raining the day I picked this unit up and water covered the floors in the entire shop, seems like they must not be able to care for there plant and make a product that works. I took pictures of the place when I was there at pickup and would be glad to share them, just not sure how to do it here.
