  I called Rockford Fence because my neighbor had them install a fence for them last year. A large tree fell on my existing fence and I needed an estimate for the insurance company regarding the repair. I was told the day that the estimator was here that I could expect an email in 2 days with the estimate, 5 days passed and no email. I called the company office and the woman who answered the phone stated that she resent the email to the correct spelling of my email. No email arrived. I called the office again and a man answered and stated that he would resend the email again. He asked for the correct spelling again; finally the 3rd time it arrived. It took a week to get an email.
  While the estimator was here, I asked for a 2nd estimate to replace the fence to match my neighbor's fence; I just called the office again to see if they could send the 2nd estimate. The answer: the estimator is gone for the weekend. I said, "Your customer service is greatly lacking. I'll be seeking another company to install my fence." Dead silence. No apology or explanation offered. EXTREMELY poor customer service.
