  Hired them to refinish my great grandfathers rocking chair. They were $100s cheaper but I learned the hard way that you get what you pay for. When I picked it up I noticed the arms seemed a little loose but the owner wasn't there and the employees that were there didn't seem to speak much english. When I got it to the appoulstery shop, a few minutes later, he said he would not cover it because it wasn't glued.
  
  When I called them, they said they would make it right but at this point I have no faith in them doing it right.
